About Us

Northway Estates has been locally owned and operated by the Meager family since June of 1982.  The community has grown to accommodate 193 homes and will ultimately have 203 homes.  The management, which is comprised of family members, are accessible and on site, unlike the more common “absentee owners”.  The Meager’s are a local family who take pride in their ownership and truly appreciate the wonderful tenants who reside in Northway Estates.
